Mr. Guillaume FournierFounder & Executive Director
Guillaume Fournier has been passionate about International Humanitarian Law and its connection to emerging weapons technology for many years. He manages a Blog on the legal and ethical questions related to the development of Autonomous Weapons.
He has also been working at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law since 2015 as the Assistant to the Geneva Office Representative and former Vice President. Mr. Fournier has devoted his many years of effort in the field of International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, and humanitarian action. Currently working in Geneva, he has lived in the United States and studied in France. He holds a Master in Law and a Bachelor in History from the University of Orleans as well as a Master in Defense, Security, and Crisis Management from the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs. Mr. Fournier also holds additional diplomas in International Humanitarian Law from the University of Nice and the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights |
Ms. Min - Soo Minee RohSecretary GeneralMs. Roh has worked to represent the voices of overseas workers, immigrants, children, federal employees, prisoners, people of color, LGBT+ community, refugees, domestic violence survivors and North Korean defectors by working at South Korean agencies (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Justice), Korea Society, private law firm, Juvenile Justice Advocate International, American Federation of Government Employees, International Refugee Assistance Project, Seoul Arts Centre, Association of Women for Action and Research, and United Nations Watch. Starting her international career at the UN Human Rights Council in 2014, she worked in: Geneva, Switzerland; Singapore; Seoul, South Korea; and Washington, DC, United States.
Ms. Roh completed her Bachelor's degree at Boston University by studying International Relations and History of Arts and Architecture. Human rights, on one hand, and interests in arts and entertainment, on the other hand, inspired her to pursue Juris Doctor at American University, Washington College of Law where she focused on international comparative law and intellectual property law. Ms. Roh is currently going through a transition period of relocating herself from Washington, DC to California. |
